Welcome to Judge Carmen Kelsey Pre-Kinder Academy. My name is Mrs. Susan Norris. I have been with the School of Excellence in Education since September 1998. I taught Kindergarten from that time until I was chosen to be the Principal at Kelsey Pre-K in August 2005.

I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Incarnate Word and a Master of Education degree from Wayland Baptist University.

You have to be passionate about what you do; a love and care for children. We do face some challenges, but I love my job, the staff and especially the children. We all work together as a team to provide your child with the best possible education and to prepare them to become socially, mentally, emotionally, and academically ready to enter Kindergarten.
